In the coming weeks, 42 Thomas More colleagues with a non sedentary profession will be screened for foot related problems.
A screeningtool is being developed in the IntoAction project. The first part of the screeningstool (pre screening) is filled in by the employee himself. It consists of a visual questionnaire containing questions on the daily working activities and habits. If this prescreening indicates that a higher risk of developing foot related problems exists, he is referred to the company doctor.
The company doctor has access to the employees data in the second part of the screening app. In the second part of the screening the doctor will perform a more thorough assessment of the employee.
